Hot Wheels Mongoose Red Ramp Truck

The Snake & Mongoose Hot Wheels Ramp Truck & Funny Car Diecast Sets have arrived just in time for the Holidays!

Celebrating Mattel’s Hot Wheels sponsorship of Don “Snake” Prudhomme and Tom “Mongoose” McEwen, Mattel has produced ONLY 5,000 pieces each of the famous Hot Wheels ramp trucks.

These 1-64th scale ramp truck and funny car sets were designed by Hot Wheels using the exact specs from the actual vehicles that Don Prudhomme Racing restored to their original glory.

The original ramp trucks are 1967 Dodge D-700s and were purchased and modified by Prudhomme and McEwen and used throughout their Hot Wheels match racing days from 1970-1973. Over the past several years, Prudhomme was successful in locating the original trucks and orchestrated an amazing restoration of both of these historic vehicles.

Each Ramp Truck & Funny Car set comes in its own unique color-themed Snake and Mongoose packaging, along with full-color logos of additional sponsors of that era. The cars are protected in a clear acrylic case which features either a Snake or Mongoose color logo affixed on top.

These diecast sets are NOT available at retail stores and only made available to members of Hot Wheels’ Red Line Club. However, Don Prudhomme Racing has a LIMITED AMOUNT of these diecast sets and is making them available for purchase to the public just in time for the Holidays!
